Schedule: Monday to Friday 6am to 5pm | Must have some Saturday availability

What You’ll Do

• Assemble electrical switchboards and enclosures by following drawings, layouts, and instructions.
  
• Install electrical components such as switches, meters, breakers, sensors, and nameplates.
  
• Safely operate tools and equipment (hand tools, drills, pallet jacks, cranes, etc.) to complete daily tasks.
  
• Read and interpret technical documents to determine parts, methods, and sequence of work.
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following safety and quality guidelines.
  
• Accurately complete required paperwork, such as quality checklists.
  
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and production goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, Required.
  
• Experience:
  
  • Minimum 3 months of experience assembling electrical switchboards from drawings, Required.
    
  • 1 year of experience in electrical apprenticeship, repair, or HVAC installation
    
• Skills & Abilities:
  
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions.
    
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    
  • Comfortable using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
    
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
    
  • Manual dexterity, steady hand-eye coordination, and ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching required.
  
• Exposure to heat, humidity, cold, noise, electrical components, and occasional fumes or airborne particles.
  
• Must follow all safety procedures.
