Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Electrical Assembler. The ideal candidate will have a vocational or educational background in mechanical or electrical disciplines. No prior industry experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Winding coil on machine or directly into slots of rotors, stators, and armatures.

• Winding tape around coils by hand to insulate coils.

• Cutting and forms sheet insulation to fit slots.

• Inserting coils into slots and pounds to compress and shape windings.

• Painting coils with insulating varnish or enamel.

• Using brazing equipment consisting of induction, resistance, or torch.

• Obtaining critical measurements and create wiring and blocking diagrams.

• Cleaning and prepare coils prior to winding.

• Interpret Mechanical Drawings.

• Electrical Testing.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical Assembler or Tech Background.
