Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Electrical Apprentice with 2+ years of experience to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This position offers hands-on experience working on commercial and residential electrical projects. The ideal candidate will be reliable, eager to learn, and possess a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Run and install conduit, wiring, and fixtures
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with local and electrical codes
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time
- Perform basic troubleshooting of electrical systems as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Apprentice
- Must have hard hat and all PPE
- Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- OSHA 10 certification but not required
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
- Reliable transportation to job sites
Compensation:
- $18 - $21/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
- Full-time position
