Residential Service | Full-Time

This role is designed for motivated individuals looking to grow into licensed electricians through real-world experience, structured training, and a supportive team environment.

• Hourly pay: $17.00–$20.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do

As an Electrical Apprentice, you’ll assist licensed electricians with residential service work while learning the trade from the ground up.

• Assist with residential electrical service and installation work

• Observe and learn proper electrical techniques, tools, and safety procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized job site and service vehicle

• Protect customer property (floor savers, job site cleanliness, etc.)

• Handle tools, materials, and job documentation as directed

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development activities

• Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes

Physical Job Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and carry equipment up to 250 feet unassisted

• Safely use ladders and hand/power tools

• Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and tight spaces

• Tolerate dust, debris, and occasional unpleasant odors

• Stand or work on concrete or uneven surfaces for extended periods

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Work more than 40 hours per week as needed
