Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Electrical Apprentice with 1 - 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be required to travel to various out-of-town job sites and work under the supervision of a journeyman electrician. This role is crucial in supporting our operations and ensuring the highest standards of electrical safety and workmanship.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
  • Follow the Electrical Code and comply with state and local building regulations.
  • Use a variety of tools and equipment to perform electrical tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
  • Attend additional training to enhance skills and support career advancement.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Ability to travel and work nights as needed
  • Willingness to work around active aerial tower activity
  • Willingness to help tower crews as needed ie: pull ropes, gather material, install coax connectors and any other duties asked by the foreman


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to read blueprints, some job sites will be technical telecom facilities.
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
  • Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


Education and Experience:

  • Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent training but not required


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
  • Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must be capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 60lbs of weight
  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and squat. Have full range of motion.
  • Must be capable of working at heights above 20 feet in lifts or bucket trucks
