Electrical Apprentice (1–2 Years Experience)

Pay: $21.00–$22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice with 1–2 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their skills while working alongside experienced electricians on commercial and industrial electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Pull, route, and secure electrical wiring and conduit.
• Install and properly terminate electrical conductors into equipment.
• Install and properly connect large aluminum conductors ranging from 200 kcmil to 300 kcmil.
• Perform wire terminations on:
• • Breakers
  • Disconnects
  • Electrical panels
  • Transformers
  • Lugs
  • Switchgear
• Read and follow electrical blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of electrical experience in commercial or industrial environments.
• Basic understanding of electrical theory and installation practices.
• Experience installing and terminating large-gauge aluminum conductors (200–300 kcmil) is .
• Ability to properly terminate conductors into breakers, panels, disconnects, transformers, lugs, and switchgear.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in the electrical trade.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
