Job Title: Offshore Electrical or Mechanical Technician

Rotation: 14 days on / 14 days off
Contract Duration: 6 rotations initially (with possible extension)
Day Rate: €565 (Technician Pay)
Travel/Standby Rate: 66% of day rate
Accommodation: Hotel night before departure covered
Job Summary: We are urgently seeking an experienced Offshore Electrical or Mechanical Technician to join a critical offshore project. The successful candidate will mobilize from Den Helder, Netherlands, with offshore departure scheduled the following morning.
This is a hands-on role focused on the installation of cable trays, cable pulling, and containment work as part of offshore electrical/mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and secure cable trays to designated layouts and specifications
- Pull, route, and organize cables across structural systems
- Assist in the preparation and installation of containment systems
- Comply with offshore safety standards and protocols
- Collaborate closely with site teams and supervisors to deliver timely and accurate installations
- Participate in toolbox talks and maintain a strong focus on HSE practices
Required Qualifications & Certifications:
- Full GWO (Global Wind Organisation) certification
- OGUK Medical Certificate
- HUET with CA-EBS (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training with Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System)
- ERT (Emergency Response Team) certification
- NEN 3140 certification – Required for Electrical Technicians only
- Previous offshore installation experience is highly preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the EU and travel at short notice
