Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Test Technician with a strong electrical skill set to join our team. This role involves testing, troubleshooting, and validating aerospace systems and components to ensure compliance with industry standards and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional and performance tests on aerospace electrical systems and components.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, wiring, and assemblies using schematics and diagnostic tools.
  • Set up and operate test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.
  • Perform system-level and component-level testing in accordance with engineering specifications and industry standards.
  • Document test results, failure analysis, and corrective actions in detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues and improve product reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or certification in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Test Technician in the aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical circuits, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.
  • Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and test procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
