The Pelagion HydroBlade is revolutionizing outdoor water adventure with unique, cutting-edge, high-performance technology. We’re seeking passionate, outgoing individuals to join our dynamic team to showcase HydroBlades at demo events, boat shows, and outdoor gatherings, driving excitement and securing pre-orders.
Job Overview:
As a HydroBlade Demo & Sales Specialist, you’ll be the face of our brand, delivering thrilling live demos and engaging with potential customers at events and through social media. You’ll operate HydroBlades, support event logistics (including boats, vehicles, and potentially an RV), and convert interest into pre-orders. This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in outdoor settings, love connecting with people, and are motivated by performance-based rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Live Demos: Operate HydroBlades at demo events, boat shows, and outdoor-oriented public events, showcasing features and performance.
- Sign-ups: Get potential customers to sign up for test rides and facilitate test rides giving instruction and helping them succeed in their HydroBlade journey.
- Drive Pre-Orders: Engage potential customers to generate excitement and secure pre-orders.
- Event Logistics: Assist with setup, operation, and maintenance of demo equipment, including HydroBlades, boats, vehicles, and potentially an RV.
- Social Media Engagement: Create and post engaging content (photos, videos, stories) on social media platforms to promote HydroBlade events and build brand awareness.
- Customer Interaction: Build relationships with potential customers, answer questions, and follow up on leads generated through online marketing, events, and demos.
- Team Collaboration: Work within a small team to ensure seamless event execution and maximize demo opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging diverse audiences.
- Comfortable operating outdoor recreational equipment (experience with water sports, boats, or RVs a plus).
- Basic social media savvy (familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for posting content).
- Self-motivated, with a sales-driven mindset and ability to work independently or in a small team.
- Willingness to travel for events
- Passion for outdoor activities and water sports is a bonus!
- No formal education required; enthusiasm and a can-do attitude are key.
Compensation:
- Base Pay + Performance bonus tied to:
