We are looking for a Electric Drive Mechatronic Engineer to join our Headquarter at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), working within the Head of Electric Drive. Your mission will be manage design and continuous development of electric drive components (AC/DC, electric motor, eAxles and HV actuator) and their integration into the vehicle modules Your assigned activities will be: support mechanical and electric development, integration and optimization of e-drive team key componentsdefine main functionalities of a complete particular electric vehicle architecture design optimization of existing components with weight saving target and Technical Feasibility of new integrated E-Axle concept and stand-alone parts participate of virtual parts management meeting with Company System (ie Connect) Accountable of 3D data for the complete e-drive team and components design change Responsible to guarantee component development timeline and budget and analyse technical issues with suppliers Prepare BoM and manual assembly (PDM) release accountable About you Degree in Engineering At least 8 years’ experience in related fields Experience in e-drive components mechanical and electrical design and production process. Good knowledge of Pro-Engineer tools for thermal and mechanical analysis (ie FEM).
