We are in urgent need of dedicated Assembly Support Specialists to join our production team. If you are handy with power tools and have a high attention to detail, we want to hear from you today! You will be a vital part of our assembly department, ensuring our high-quality lighting products are built to perfection.

Job: Full time

Schedule: 8 am to 4.30 Pm

Monday to Friday

Pay rate: 17 to 18 DOE

Responsibilities

• Assemble lighting components using various power tools, specifically handheld drills.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail during the assembly process.
• Follow safety protocols and production guidelines to meet daily output goals.
• Work collaboratively with the production team under the direction of the department supervisor.

Requirements

• Power Tool Proficiency: Must have experience and comfort using a drill.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot small defects and follow precise assembly instructions.
• Reliability: We need dependable team members who are ready to work their full shift daily.
• Interview Availability: Must be available for a brief on-site interview with our supervisor prior to starting.
