Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) processes in accordance with applicable regulations and company standards.
- Actively promote and support the development of a strong EHS culture and awareness across the organization.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of fire protection and fire safety systems and procedures.
- Coordinate and conduct regular EHS inspections and factory safety patrols to ensure compliance and identify potential hazards.
- Participate in the investigation of safety incidents, deviations, and observations, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs and materials for employees.
- Conduct machine safety reviews and support the safe installation and commissioning of equipment.
- Implement and maintain a comprehensive risk assessment system, including hazard identification, exposure assessment, and risk mitigation.
- Support chemical safety management, including proper storage, handling, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate waste management activities in accordance with environmental regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain annual EHS reports and documentation.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Safety Engineering, Fire Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- 3–5 years of experience in EHS within a multinational manufacturing or industrial environment.
Qualifications
- Certification in fire safety or related safety disciplines.
- Auditor certification for ISO 14001:2015 and/or ISO 45001:2018.
- Lifting Equipment Administrator qualification.
