Harmonic are delighted to be exclusively working with an international luxury fashion brand in their search for a Stock Controller specialising in ecommerce to join their expanding team.
Globally recognised and founded by one of their generation’s most recognisable creative forces, our client are a stalwart in the luxury fashion space, known for contemporary designs and partnerships with celebrities and influencers. They design and sell everything from luxury casualwear to jewellery and accessories, catering for all genders. Reporting into the Inventory Manager, this role focusses on ecommerce operations, having the ability to take eventual ownership of inventory management for the brands sales on digital fashion platforms. You will be tasked with monitoring inbound and outbound stock stored in an external warehouse, partnering with the finance team for sales and stock reconciliations and investigating stock discrepancies on internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring inbound and outbound stock for online sales on partner sites (e.g. Farfetch)
- Investigating stock discrepancies and delays
- Stock and sales reconciliation for the sales audit
- Liaising with partners selling the company’s products
- Partnering with the finance team with invoicing and the month-close process
- Managing end of season returns
- Utilising Excel to report on stock movements
Essential skills
- 2 years’ experience in FMCG ecommerce operations/logistics
- Degree educated (mathematical degrees such as Economics or Statistics preferred)
- Intense knowledge of online inventory management
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and partnerships
- Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills
- Passion for luxury fashion
Desirable skills
- Background in luxury fashion
- SAP proficient
- Experience reconciling stock movements
- Italian speaking
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 + bonus
Location: Central London (hybrid)
