MJC Land Development is actively looking for EARTHWORK estimator. We are based in West Palm Beach, FL. MJC is a family owned and operated business that self performs clearing & grubbing, excavation, under ground utilities and roadwork. Requirements:

• REQUIRED: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in estimating civil work.
• REQUIRED: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in earthwork estimating.
• Ability to review and understand FDOT/municipal civil plans and be able to perform a detailed take-off
• Knowledge of FDOT/municipal standards, specs and details
• Understanding of how the work is completed in the field to be able to build crews within estimating software.
• Able to communicate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
• Organized and good work ethic, team player, open to ideas and good communication skills.
• Bid2Win/HCSS experience is required
• Experience reviewing CAD files
• Salary/package will be based on experience

Experience:
