Early Years Nursery Executive Operations Manager\n\nDescription\n\nSeeking an Early Years Nursery Executive Operations Manager who has a passion for early childhood education and previous experience as an executive operations manager overseeing different sites and reporting to share holders .\n\nStarting Salary:£65,000- £75,000pa + Annual bonus, Paid holidays and further training., Car allowance.\n\nRequirements:\n\nMinimum 4 years’ experience in a CEO level multi-site management role within early years settings. Reporting directly to the stakeholders.\n\nRecognised Early Years qualification such as BA in Early Years Education from Uk or Overseas University, BA in Education or NVQ, CACHE or BTEC Level 3 qualification in early years education and additional training and certificates in early years education.\n\nRecognised business management education degree would be desirable.\n\nClean and Full Driving licence\n\nDuties and Responsibilities include:\n\nVisit different sites (must have Driving licence and Vehicle)\n\nManage, guide, motivate, and support nursery managers to ensure outstanding care, education, Business performance of the setting.\n\nManage the head office (Admin, Marketing, Recruitment departments)\n\nDevelop and implement strategic plans for continuous improvement and innovation across all Nursery settings.\n\nEnsure full compliance with Ofsted and statutory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding.\n\nMonitor nursery performance, analyse data, and drive best practice.\n\nOversee financial performance, occupancy, and resource allocation to ensure commercial success.\n\nBuild strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community, promoting our nurseries as centres of excellence.\n\nLead, motivate, and develop teams.\n\nImplement EYFS framework, Ofsted standards, and best practice in early childhood development.\n\nProblem-solving.\n\nTo apply and find out more please send your CV to the link provided and I will be in contact to organise a interview.\n\nEarly Years Nursery Executive Operations Manager
