Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer

Position open with an established healthcare organization supporting hospitals and healthcare providers to design, develop, and integrate custom business applications. This is a hands-on role working with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Dataverse, SQL Server, APIs, and cloud technologies to deliver solutions across enterprise systems. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative technical team and work on meaningful enterprise applications and integrations while remaining fully remote.
Responsibilities

Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions
Work with Dataverse, Power Automate, workflows, forms, views, plugins, and JavaScript
Design and implement integrations between CRM, databases, APIs, and third-party systems
Develop solutions using C#/.NET and SQL Server
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and application designs
Troubleshoot complex application, CRM, database, and integration issues
Participate in code and solution reviews and maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in application development, CRM development, systems integration, or solutions engineering
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Microsoft Power Platform
Experience with Dataverse and Power Automate
Experience developing APIs and system integrations
Working knowledge of C#/.NET and SQL Server
Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field ; equivalent experience considered
