Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience with D365 Sales: Proven hands-on experience in configuring and developing within the Dynamics 365 Sales module.

Customer Insights - Journeys Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Customer Insights – Journeys module and its features.

Proficiency in Power Automate: Ability to create, deploy, and manage flows to automate and streamline business processes.

Understanding of Dynamics 365 ecosystem and how its modules interconnect.

Solid grasp of Microsoft Dataverse, plugins, workflows, and custom entities.

Basic integration knowledge of D365 with other Microsoft tools and third-party apps (e.g., Power Apps, SharePoint).

Strong problem-solving and debugging expertise, with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 [Specific Functional Certification like “Sales Functional Consultant Associate” or Customer Insights-related certification].

Experience in deploying and managing marketing automation solutions in Customer Insights – Journeys.

Knowledge of customer engagement strategies or CRM workflows to optimize business outcomes.
