Role Overview

As a Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. You’ll play a strategic role in shaping the CRM landscape, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals and integration with their broader digital ecosystem, including ERP and manufacturing systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the solution design, architecture, and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE implementations (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, efficient, and compliant CRM solutions.
  • Define the technical and functional architecture of the CRM platform, including data models, integrations, and customizations.
  • Provide technical leadership to internal teams and external partners throughout project lifecycle phases.
  • Oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 CE with ERP (preferably Business Central or SAP), Power Platform, Azure, and third-party systems.
  • Develop and maintain solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and best practices.
  • Ensure solution compliance with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and company security policies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, staying ahead of Microsoft’s roadmap and advising on new features or modernization opportunities.


Essential:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM / CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead in end-to-end CRM implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Experience with Azure services, integration frameworks (Dataverse, Logic Apps, APIs), and data migration tools.
  • Deep understanding of CRM architecture, security models, customization best practices, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.
  • Fluent in English; AND German
