Dryer Vent Wizard specializes exclusively in dryer vent cleaning, repair, installation, maintenance, and safety services. We are currently seeking a Roofing Service Technician Assistant to support our expanding operations and uphold our commitment to top-tier customer service and safety.

About the Role


As a Service Technician Assistant, you play a crucial role in helping ensure our customers' dryer vent systems are safe, efficient, and up to code. You'll assist with service calls, support system inspections and repairs, and provide excellent customer communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Present a professional image at all times (clean uniform, well-groomed appearance)
• Assist in performing comprehensive assessments of dryer vent systems upon arrival
• Support repair, rerouting, maintenance, and cleaning of dryer vent systems
• Answer customer questions with clarity and professionalism
• Explain the benefits of services and products when needed
• Help maintain the company vehicle and toolskeep them clean, organized, and in good condition

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in roofing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or general handyman work
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to climb and safely use ladders up to 40 feet
• Willing and able to work in tight or elevated spaces (attics, crawlspaces, closets, rooftops)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Must be available during standard business hours and occasional weekends
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check
