Job Title: DV Cleared Infrastructure Architect
Location: Basingstoke X5 days per week
Duration: Initially until 31st May 2027 with possible extension
Rate: Up to £500 per day via an approved umbrella company
Must be willing and eligible to go through the DV vetting process

\n Our client, a reputable organisation, is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Architect to join their dynamic, multi-disciplinary agile team in Basingstoke. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to large scale, secure infrastructure projects, working closely with senior stakeholders and third-party providers.

What you'll be doing:
\n * Collaborate within a multi-skilled agile team, sharing knowledge and tackling diverse challenges
\n * Lead the delivery of technical proposals aligned with the client's vision, ensuring seamless integration and delivery
\n * Engage with senior customer stakeholders to define and elaborate infrastructure requirements
\n * Manage third-party requests and change processes, maintaining the integrity of architectural solutions
\n * Ensure infrastructure designs meet security standards and support resilient, high-availability environments
\n * Support the deployment of production implementations, overseeing service transition activities
\n * Work closely with various teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring:
\n * Strong client facing skills, capable of communicating effectively with senior executives
\n * Extensive experience designing and implementing secure, resilient, large scale infrastructure solutions
\n * Proven ability to work directly with clients to define infrastructure needs
\n * Experience delivering successful production implementations and managing service transitions
\n * Knowledge of security standards compliance in infrastructure design
\n * Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
\n * Hands on experience with Microsoft Windows systems administration, including configuration via GPO, PowerShell, WMI, and patching mechanisms
