Position: Ductwork Cleaner / Maintenance Technician
Job Type: Full-Time

As a Ductwork Cleaner & Maintenance Technician, youll play a crucial role in improving indoor air quality and helping homeowners maintain safe, efficient HVAC systems. You will clean, sanitize, and inspect duct systems while representing our brand with professionalism and attention to detail.
What Youll Do
- Perform complete HVAC duct cleaning and sanitizing services.
- Conduct Club Membership maintenance visits and marketed maintenance calls.
- Replace basic HVAC components or parts as needed.
- Document all service details accurately, including:
- System and type
- Work completed
- Customer recommendations
- Service invoices and costs
- System and type
- Provide excellent customer communication regarding current and future HVAC needs.
- Maintain high technical standardsdelivering on our promise:

- Keep work areas clean and wear floor savers inside every home.
- Maintain and operate company vehicle with prideclean inside and out.
- Debrief with dispatch at the end of each service call.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong technical aptitude and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset
Environmental & Physical Requirements
This job involves hands-on work, including:
- Climbing, crawling, kneeling, and working in confined spaces
- Moving and lifting heavy tools/equipment
- Working in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
- Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels
- Ability to walk, stand, climb ladders, and maneuver through tight areas
- Clear, focused vision (natural or corrected)
