DST Completion Engineer

We are looking for a DST Completion Engineer for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Paramaribo, Suriname

Start Date: April 2026

Duration: 2-years

Work scheme: Resident, based on six worked days per week, with eight hours of work per day

Scope of work:

• Contractor shall provide the SERVICES as described the present Appendix.
• The SERVICES shall be ordered by COMPANY through the issuance of a Call-off Order Request in accordance with Company's requirements specified hereinafter.

The scope of Services includes:

• Provide engineering support to the Exploration Engineering and Operations team during DST preparation for the whole well preparation cycle
• Ensure the DST design readiness, perform DST reviews with HQ
• Ensure DST equipment readiness in accordance with the Affiliate planning
• Lead technical studies required for the DST preparation
• Prepare DST program and ensure the execution is in line with the program
• Identify deviations from DST program and prepare Management of Change accordingly
• Follow-up DST performances and establish Key Performance Database
• Lead lessons learnt and performance optimization process related to DST
• Contribute to DST part of well close out reports (EOWRs)
• Specific Activities:
• The designated CONTRACTOR's PERSONNEL will be required to:
• Liaise with HQ for DST related topics
• Work closely and support DST supervisors offshore
• Coordinate the work of DST services and DST equipment providers

HSE Responsibilities:

• Cascade Department HSE objectives; ensure completion/workover operations conducted in compliance with existing rules, safety and environmental protection, optimization of costs and time
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory and Company QHSE standards. Prepare derogations accordingly
