About the Role\n\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Contracts Manager to join one of the UK’s largest and most respected drylining contractors.\n\nThis is a key leadership role, overseeing major drylining projects across the UK — from tender stage through to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the company’s exceptional quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Oversee multiple large-scale drylining projects nationwide\n\n * \n\n Manage project teams, site operations, and subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Ensure health & safety, quality, and programme compliance\n\n * \n\n Build and maintain strong client relationships\n\n * \n\n Drive commercial performance and profitability\n\n * \n\n Provide leadership and mentoring to project delivery teams\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager within drylining or interiors\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of drylining systems, partitions, and SFS\n\n * \n\n Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage multiple projects across various locations\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\n * \n\n Willingness to travel and stay away when required\n\nPackage & Benefits\n\n * \n\n Salary up to £100,000 (depending on experience)\n\n * \n\n Company vehicle & fuel card\n\n * \n\n Accommodation covered when working away\n\n * \n\n Performance-related bonuses\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to work with one of the industry’s biggest and most successful names\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Contracts Manager to take the next step in their career, working on high-profile projects with a leading player in the UK drylining sector
