Project Manager – Drylining\n\nWe're working for drylining contractor delivering a major commercial scheme in Oxford, and they’re looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager to take full control on site.\n\nThis is a proper builder’s role. Fast-paced commercial delivery, programme pressure, subcontractor management, client meetings, QA, H&S, the lot. Ideal for someone who’s comfortable running sizeable drylining packages without needing hand-holding.\n\nYou’ll be joining a contractor with a strong order book, repeat clients, and a growing presence across commercial, mixed-use and high-spec projects.\n\nThe Role:\n\n * Managing drylining packages on a large commercial project\n\n * Overseeing site teams, labour and subcontractors\n\n * Driving programme and ensuring works are delivered on time\n\n * Chairing site meetings and liaising with main contractor teams\n\n * Managing quality control and H&S compliance\n\n * Reporting into senior leadership on project progress and commercial risks\n\nWhat They’re Looking For:\n\n * Proven experience managing drylining projects\n\n * Strong commercial project background\n\n * Able to manage programmes and site pressure confidently\n\n * Good client-facing skills\n\n * SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid \n\n * Someone organised, proactive and capable of running a job properly\n\nThis isn’t one for someone wanting to hide behind emails all day.
