Drilling Roughneck
Location: 19322 Highway 6, Manvel TX / Field Operations
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience) + guaranteed minimum 15-20 hours of overtime per week
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are immediately hiring a Drilling Roughneck to join our field operations team. This is a hands-on outdoor position on drilling crews where you will play a key role in supporting water well drilling activities in commercial and residential settings.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with drilling operations, rig setup, pipe handling, and general crew tasks
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat and cold)
• Operate hand tools and basic machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow supervisor instructions and maintain a strong team-oriented attitude
• Perform physical labor including lifting up to 100 lbs.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (No DWI/DUI)
• Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle is a plus
• Possession of a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus
• Previous mechanical or oilfield experience and comfort with hand tools is a plus
• Must be able to lift 100 lbs. and perform strenuous physical work
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow directions well
