Drilling Completion Superintendent

We are looking for a Drilling Completion Superintendent for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Paramaribo, Suriname - Rig site Offshore

Start Date: Nov 2026

Duration: 12 months

Scheme: Rotational 4/4 (4 weeks on/4 weeks off), based on seven (7) worked days per week, with twelve (12) hours of work per day

Qualification and Experience required:

• Technician or Engineering profile (Master's degree of Engineering or equivalent), with more than 5 years of DCSI experience;
• Good knowledge of offshore and specifically deepwater environment

Specific Activities:

• Supporting Drilling Assets within the Drilling and Wells department
• Ensuring operational readiness, support operations within Asset and deliver wells within the budget and time within the Drilling and Wells department
• Work closely with Lead Drilling Engineer during wells preparation for operations and execution stage
• Accountable as Drilling & Completion Superintendent within the Drilling Chain of Command with regards to Technological Major Risks in particular Blow Out.
• Lead the communication with offshore operational Team, Logistics department and vis-a-vis at Contractor side (Rig leader)
