Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Driller to join our team. The Driller will be responsible for operating drilling equipment, performing site preparation, and ensuring all drilling operations are carried out efficiently and safely. This role requires strong technical knowledge, physical stamina, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain drilling rigs and equipment according to company and safety standards.
• Prepare drilling sites, including equipment setup and rig positioning.
• Monitor drilling operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or mechanical issues that may arise.
• Record drilling data, including depth, materials, and conditions encountered.
• Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance of drilling equipment.
• Supervise and direct drilling assistants, helpers, or crew members as required.
• Follow all safety regulations and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Driller or in a similar heavy equipment/drilling role.
• Knowledge of drilling methods, tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Physical ability to perform heavy labor, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL (if applicable).
• Safety certifications (OSHA, First Aid/CPR, H2S, or similar) .
