Maintenance Gas Engineer (Self-Employed, CIS) – £60ph + Profit Share



Position: Maintenance Gas Engineer (Self-Employed – CIS)



Location: West London, South West London & Central London



Rate: £60 per hour (Expected earnings £90k–£120k+)



Contract Type: Self-Employed (CIS Scheme)



About the Role



We’re looking for an experienced Domestic Maintenance Gas Engineer to join a growing heating company covering West, South West, and parts of Central London.



This is a long-term CIS contract, ideal for engineers who want high earnings, consistent work, and independence without the stress of finding their own jobs.



What You’ll Be Doing

Domestic boiler breakdowns & diagnostics

Gas and heating repairs



*



Plumbing maintenance jobs



*



Servicing & safety checks



*



Reactive/emergency callouts



*



Quoting remedial works (installs, conversions, larger jobs)



Earnings & Structure

£60 per hour (CIS)



*



£90k–£120k+ annual earning potential

50/50 split on installation or remedial work you quote



*



+10% markup on materials



*



Consistent workload provided



*



Support with quoting and job management



You cover: van, fuel, parking



Company covers: scheduling, support, job flow



Requirements

Gas Safe Registered (CCN1 minimum)

Strong boiler breakdown experience

5–7+ years domestic experience

Full UK driving licence



*



Good communication and work ethic

Own van & tools
