Program Manager Opportunity
EnDyna, a woman-owned small business based in McLean, Virginia, is seeking a Program Manager to support a forthcoming Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Environmental Compliance, Planning, and Resiliency contract in the Washington, DC metro area. This program supports complex, multi-site federal environmental operations across compliance, sustainability, and resiliency initiatives.
Position Overview
The Program Manager will provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight for a large, multi-million-dollar environmental program supporting multiple concurrent task orders. This role ensures high-quality execution, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination between government stakeholders and contractor teams.
Position Requirements
Security
Must be a U.S.
Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance (pre-screened; no known disqualifiers)
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in science or engineering AND 15+ years of relevant experience, including 10+ years in program management OR
Master's degree in science or engineering AND 13+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years in program management
Required Experience
Managing large, multi-million-dollar environmental programs with multiple task orders
Oversight of facility-level, multi-media environmental compliance programs
Leading routine performance reviews with contractor staff
Coordinating regularly with Government Program Managers
Managing schedules, priorities, and budgets
Conducting technical reviews and ensuring deliverable quality
Managing subcontractors and deploying staff efficiently across sites
Experience
Oversight of NEPA, cultural resources, or natural resource programs
Experience supporting facility-level resiliency programs
