- Advise on document control processes including correspondence, technical queries, interface documentation, NCRs, and 3D model submissions.
- Coordinate and guide the migration from legacy systems, including data quality checks, validation, reconciliation, and readiness for go‑live.
- Work closely with document managers, contractors, and technical partners to ensure consistent application of metadata structures, classification standards and access controls.
- Provide feedback to improve programme-wide standards, templates, and implementation methods.
Profile Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in document management within complex project environments (infrastructure, energy, offshore, utilities).
- Proven involvement in system migrations — data testing, validation, and stakeholder onboarding are essential.
- Strong communication and advisory skills; able to influence in environments with change resistance.
- Fluent English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
- Must be based in the Netherlands.

- Hybrid working
- Onsite presence in Arnhem required at least 2 days per week (including a fixed day on Wednesday)
