Document Controller – Fixed-Term Contract\n\nGlobal Architectural Practice | Major International Projects\n\nWe are recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a leading global architectural practice on a fixed-term contract, supporting the delivery of major international projects during a critical project phase.\n\nThis role is ideal for a Document Controller with strong Aconex experience who thrives in a fast-paced, design-led environment.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will be responsible for the day-to-day management of project documentation, ensuring information is accurately controlled, issued, and tracked in line with project requirements and deadlines.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Administer project documentation using Aconex\n\n * \n\n Manage document workflows, submissions, and approvals\n\n * \n\n Maintain document registers, revision control, and transmittals\n\n * \n\n Coordinate documentation between internal teams and external consultants\n\n * \n\n Support project teams with Aconex processes and queries\n\n * \n\n Assist with reporting and document audits as required\n\nAbout You\n\n * \n\n Previous experience in a Document Controller role within the built environment\n\n * \n\n Strong working knowledge of Aconex (essential)\n\n * \n\n Able to work efficiently to tight deadlines\n\n * \n\n Detail-oriented with a proactive approach\n\n * \n\n Strong communication and teamwork skills\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n Fixed-term opportunity within an internationally recognised architectural practice\n\n * \n\n Involvement in high-profile, global projects\n\n * \n\n Collaborative studio environment\n\n * \n\n Competitive contract rate / salary
