Document ControllerHull | Circa £34,000 (DOE) | Monday – Friday, Full-Time

Elevation Recruitment Business Support are currently supporting a highly successful and growing business in Hull with the recruitment of an experienced Document Controller. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take the next step in their career.

This role offers more than the traditional document control function. Alongside managing documentation across multiple high-value, multi-million-pound projects, you’ll have the opportunity to evolve into a broader Service Controller / Manager position, playing a key role in operational coordination and customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain project documentation across multiple large-scale projects
• Ensure all documents are accurately recorded, controlled, and distributed
• Support project teams with document control processes and compliance
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance work and service activities
• Liaise with internal teams, external engineers, and customers
• Produce reports and track project/service performance
• Prepare and issue simple quotations

About You:

• Proven experience as a Document Controller (ideally within engineering, construction, or similar sectors)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Ambitious and motivated to develop into a broader operational or service management role
• Proficient in systems and reporting tools
