Document Controller - Heathrow\n Location: Heathrow (Hybrid - 3 days in-office / 2 days WFH)\n Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)\n\nOne of our established Tier 2 Contractor clients, operating on key infrastructure works in Heathrow, is currently seeking a Document Controller to join their project delivery team.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Document Controller to contribute to the successful delivery of major works, while benefiting from a hybrid working model that offers 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week.\n\nThe Role:\n The successful candidate will play a crucial part in supporting the project team with administrative and document management processes. This position requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to ensure that all documentation complies with both client contractual requirements and internal systems.\n\nThe role also involves liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance in document handling and that all parties are adhering to agreed processes and deadlines.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOverseeing the control, distribution, and tracking of project documentation.\n\nSupporting the team in meeting contractual and procedural requirements.\n\nMaintaining accurate document records and version control.\n\nEnsuring consistency across project documentation workflows.\n\nWorking to project deadlines and assisting in keeping documentation aligned across all departments.\n\nCandidate Profile:\n\nPrevious experience in document control within construction or infrastructure sectors.\n\nComfortable working with document management platforms.\n\nStrong organisational and time management skills.\n\nConfident communicator with a methodical and proactive approach.\n\nIf this is something you are interested in and have the experience in please apply here!\n\nRandstad CPE values and promotes equality.
