Must Have’s
• Proven experience in document control and managing technical documentation workflows
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Sound understanding of engineering or manufacturing documentation
• Confidence working independently and as part of a wider project team
• Proficient with common office software and documentation systems
Nice to Have’s
• Familiarity with InDesign or technical publishing software
• Previous experience supporting commissioning or handover processes
• Background in construction, engineering, or data centre environments
• Knowledge of compliance, version control, and document lifecycle best practices
• Experience implementing or improving documentation workflows
So what will you be doing?
• Coordinating all technical and commissioning documentation throughout the testing and handover phases
• Collating, naming, and filing documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
• Creating and managing testing packs and technical handover documentation
• Tracking the status of documentation and ensuring timely review and submission
• Ensuring relevant stakeholders are notified of reviews
• Promoting collaboration and process clarity across project stakeholders
• Uploading and publishing files in line with agreed project procedures
• Logging and issuing document transmittals and maintaining accurate registers
• Driving process improvements and contributing to best practice sharing across teams
• Supporting the wider project team with general admin and documentation tasks as needed
