Working with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations.Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.The RoleJob responsibilities:Act as mediator to represent & conduct the review between Product Company (PC) Projects team and PC higher managementResponsible to create SAP pre-post control overview for each project & every month.Responsible to create project schedule in SAP, also review the schedule & follow-up with all the involved party to expedite & meeting the planned datesResponsible to update & maintain project status overviewHighlight delay in document submission to internal teams & Customer on weekly basis so to ensure timely and smooth execution of the projectRaise red flag whenever required to management.Timely follow-up internal teams (local & overseas) or Vendors on timely submission of documents & customer on document approval to achieve engineering completion target date.What you can expect from us? A work culture known for respectful interaction, ethical behavior and integrityAccess to Global Job Opportunities as a part of Atlas Copco GroupOpportunities to grow and developPotential to see your ideas realized and to make an impactNew challenges and new learningsWhat we expect of you? Experience requirements3+ years’ experience in SAP Pre-post control & scheduling engineer in Engineered/Customized Compressors packages used in Oil & GAS applications.KnowledgeStrong intrest & Hands on knowledge of financial terms, logic & interrelationship which is needed in pre-post control of compressor packages.Data mining/analysing experinece to draw conclusions.Expert in follow up & pro-active approach mindset to success in ontime project planning success.Knowledge and experience working in SAP & Project Management documentation.Good Command (Verbal & Written) of English is must.Able to work under pressure & plan & organize effectively with the right sense of urgencyAble to work in different Time zone working hours as per project/company requirements.Able to work on multiple projects.Able to maintain the high accuracy in repetitive work.Good Command on software’s like word, excel, presentation, SAP etc.Basic Auto CAD Knowledge is a plus.Knowledge of PLM is added advantageEducational requirementsDiploma/Degree in finance/commerce dicipline with 3+ years of experience or in engineering/other dicipline with strong finance knowledge & intrest.fluent in English (added advantage for German Language knowledge)Personality requirementsPro-active, positive team player with good interpersonal skills, strong in communication and people oriented who thrives on working in a dynamic, complex, and multicultural business environment.Self-motivated, independent, flexible, well organized, and methodical.Accurate and diligent with an awareness to speed up execution within a pressurized environment.Customer oriented: to be able to establish strong business relations and networks with people inside and outside the organization.Result driven: have a drive for results which means that you put in the ambition and the effort to achieve results and accept accountability.Willingness to travel within the region and internationally.Creativity: Ability to come up with solutions to exceptional problems outside the box.Have a Customer Centric mind setBe sensitive to understand customer’s perspective and be an active communicator both within and outside of the organization.As this position is a key interface between customer and the company, we are looking for a person with strong personality who can be an active driver.CityPuneLast Day to Apply02/05/
