Your Impact As Divisional Quality Systems Manager, you'll maintain and implement quality management systems across multiple divisions while supporting recent acquisitions integration. You'll work closely with digital teams and international operations to ensure consistent quality standards from traditional manufacturing to cutting-edge digital printing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated Business Management System (BMS) implementation combining ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards
- Conduct quality audits across manufacturing facilities and troubleshoot quality issues using data-driven root cause analysis
- Develop and standardize procedures while training quality coordinators and cross-functional teams on quality tools and methodologies
- Collaborate with international teams in Brazil and Czech Republic to establish quality certifications and maintain global standards
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies and TPM principles to reduce defects and improve efficiency
- Analyze trending data and develop corrective action plans to prevent quality issues and support customer excellence goals
- Support digital transformation initiatives by establishing quality protocols for emerging inkjet and UV-curable technologies
- Train personnel on quality concepts including measurement systems, waste reduction, and customer focus principles
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and 2+ years manufacturing quality experience
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards with practical implementation experience
- Experience with audit processes, corrective actions, and root cause analysis tools (Ishikawa diagrams, 5-Why analysis)
- Proficiency in SAP ERP systems and quality management software
- Manufacturing environment experience with understanding of production processes and quality control methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to train and develop others
Qualifications
- ASQ certifications (CQIA, CQM, or CQE) or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) for international collaboration
- Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) programs and continuous improvement methodologies
- Background in chemical manufacturing, coatings, or ink industry
- Internal auditor certification for ISO standards
