Division Director

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve divisional goals and objectives
• Oversee the divisions financial performance including budgeting forecasting and cost management
• Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team of managers and staff
• Collaborate with other division directors and Clevel executives to align divisional strategies with overall company objectives
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
• Implement and maintain effective operational processes and systems
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisionmaking
• Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and local laws
• Represent the division in highlevel meetings conferences and industry events
• Manage major contractual negotiations with potential subcontractors and suppliers
• Review and approve important commercial administrative and technical documents
• Monitor project status adjust resource allocation and ensure quality and timely completion of division activities

Qualifications :

1. Excellent management planning analytical and organizational skills
2. Effective team building and leader ship quality with good interpersonal skills
3. Sufficient Computer Skills and proper English reading & writing skill.
4. Arabic speaking is favorable
