The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role with a strong, growing organization. We’re seeking a driven, growth‑minded District Operations Manager to partner closely with the District Manager and support the success of our refreshment operations.

What You’ll Lead & Own
- Build and develop strong teams that deliver high‑quality service and operational consistency
- Ensure branch financial performance aligns with both company and client expectations
- Drive productivity improvements and support the development of accurate forecasts and operational plans
- Interpret, apply, and reinforce company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency across the district
- Collaborate with department managers and supervisors across all business lines to support smooth day‑to‑day operations
- Actively participate in the sales process, supporting growth opportunities and client success
- Identify training needs for Customer Service Managers and help drive development across the district
- Support compliance with collective bargaining agreements, where applicable
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree plus 3+ years of related operational or leadership experience
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze financial data and operational metrics
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate confidently with teams, leaders, and clients
- Strong problem‑solving ability with comfort working in situations where limited standardization exists
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
