We are seeking a DISPATCHER with SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS with a Construction background. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Prefer candidates with are those with a trade background or similar field. Hours are 7 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday. Resume is required to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone
  • Dispatch technicians and follow up w them on jobs daily
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Able to Multi-task work duties producing quality products
  • Use House Call Pro software to schedule work and dispatch Techs.Develop, keep and maintain the boss's calendar
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Schedule and interact with customers via Email and phone
  • Schedule techs with service calls daily and work them through their day
  • Keep and manage and organize file system in office
  • Read emails daily all day long and respond to emails as needed
  • Pull permits
  • Type complicated reports with minimal errors
  • Go to job sites with owner and make lists and take notes
  • Able to meet tight deadlines to get paper work completed
  • Perform all other office tasks (Faxing, Scanning, E-mails)
  • Will be accountable for keeping and managing all records, typing

Qualifications:

* 3 years Customer Service Rep plus clerical work experience in a Trade or construction office. Resumes are required to apply for this job.

*3 years of dispatching in Trade field (Plumbing, HVAC, Drain cleaning or Construction Field)

  • Quality typing and computer output of documents
  • Microsoft office suite user level Advance
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Use House Call Pro software to schedule work and dispatch Techs.
  • Formal business letter and reports experience a Must Have Skill
