We’re looking for a Dispatcher/Client Service Specialist to coordinate daily routes and serve as the communication hub for technicians and customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Dispatch and schedule field technicians
• Answer customer calls & provide updates
• Optimize routes for efficiency
• Maintain records and service logs

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in dispatching/scheduling or customer service
• Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills
• Calm, professional demeanor under pressure
