Discipline Engineer C-Lead Electrical Engineer High Voltage

Responsibilities In this versatile role as Lead Electrical Engineer High Voltage, you will be involved in the construction of new, expansion, or renovation projects for high-voltage substations. The tasks encompass activities related to high-voltage substations, high-voltage connections (> kV), and supporting systems. You will work on various projects under the guidance of a project manager within a multidisciplinary design team. You are responsible for the entire design process, up to and including the final specification phase. You may be involved in a variety of tasks related to electrical installations, such as: Drafting consumer lists, layouts, loop and connection diagrams. Contributing to HAZOP and SIL studies. Guiding suppliers and installers during the implementation of these systems. Depending on the project size, you will oversee a team of engineers, guiding and coaching them in their work and development. Requirements You have a completed HBO education in the field of Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Technical Physics, or AOT. You have approximately 5 to years of relevant work experience in the process and/or chemical industry. You can work independently in a team and possess analytical skills. You have relevant experience with Medium or High Voltage stations. You have good communication and written skills in both Dutch (preferred) and English (mandatory). If you do not speak Dutch, you are willing to learn quickly. This is essential to ensure the quality and continuity of the projects you will be involved in.
