A well-established legal administration company located in the heart of Downtown Seattle is looking for a Disbursement Project Manager to oversee large-scale check distributions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance every step of the way.As a Disbursement Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing the full check distribution process—from generating batch files in MS Access to overseeing equipment operation and coordinating deliveries.
You’ll also lead and support a small team, track active distributions, and maintain critical check-related inventory. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys balancing both hands-on and leadership responsibilities.

• Generate large-quantity check and tax form files using MS Access
• Operate folder/inserter and postage metering equipment; ensure timely mailing and delivery
• Maintain inventory of check stock, envelopes, ink, and other supplies
• Review reports and coordinate with Project Managers to facilitate reissuance batches
• Lead, train, and oversee distribution team operations

Disbursement Project Manager Requirements:

• At least one year of project management experience with exposure to accounting, banking, finance, or check processing
• At least one year of previous leadership or team management experience
• MS Access as well as proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Strong communication skills with attention to accuracy and detail
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work full-time onsite

Pay: $38.00-$41.00 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am-5:00pmBenefits offered by Verstela to temporary employees:
