Director of Program Management w/ Leader in Electronics Manufacturing

Our client, a leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, is seeking a Director of Program Management to join their high‑performance team in Newark, NY. This is a high‑impact leadership role overseeing Program Management operations while supporting top customers across Aerospace, Defense, Medical, and other high‑reliability sectors.

If you're a seasoned program management leader passionate about customer engagement, organizational alignment, and driving strategic account performance—this role offers major visibility, organizational influence, and long‑term growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s in Communications, Business, or Finance
• 10+ years of progressive EMS experience with a proven record leading complex programs
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience
• Strong understanding of program governance, customer service, and operations
• Expertise using MS Office, MS Project, and ERP systems for reporting and data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a solutions‑focused mindset
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Must be a U.S. , permanent , or otherwise eligible under INA
