Director of Process Engineering Job Description - High Speed Manufacturing - Central Pennsylvania

A global manufacturing company who specializes in High Speed Manufacturing of paper and personal care Products in Central Pennsylvania is seeking a Director of Process Engineering for their Manufacturing Operations and Rapid Continuous Improvement projects. This is a Long Term, Direct Hire position. 

The Salary and Bonus for this role is dependent on your skills and experience. The salary for this position is anticipated to be in the range of $175,000 - $200,000 plus bonus. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent medical, dental, 401k, bonuses, etc. Relocation Assistance is available for well qualified candidates.

Qualified Candidates will possess most, if not all, of these qualifications:

• A Bachelor's of Science Degree in Engineering is required. A BS in Mechanical Engineering is .
• Minimum of eight to ten years of experience in a high-speed Manufacturing and Rapid Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Minimum of five years of business software systems (ERP, SAP, etc.) experience.
• Black Belt / Six Sigma certification .
• Must be able to travel approximately 20% to manufacturing locations / suppliers, etc.
• Must be able to work in the United States (No Visa Sponsorship or Student Visas considered)
• Must be able to complete standard Pre-hire Checks including background, Drug Screen, References, etc.
