is hiring a
Director, Operations
( Offshore)
for onshore and offshore operations. The Director, Operations (Offshore) will have oversight of food service and janitorial services at our sites consisting of oil rigs and camps. Sodexo Energy & Resource teams deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to diverse locations. From headquarters to offshore rigs, our integrated facilities management, dining and 24/7 hospitality offerings are designed to meet your offshore and onshore service needs.
**40-60% travel is associated with this role
What You'll Do
Manage the catering and facilities management services on offshore and onshore facilities
Ensure that client's scope of work and standards are understood and met
Supervise a team of operational/project support positions
Align services in support of company or divisional initiatives
Provide services in support of the sales effort through feasibility studies, pricing, and quality service
Direct resources in response to client account needs and requests
