Serving men ages 7-college, Power Cross strives daily to raise up a of men who will LEAD their homes, not LEAVE their homes. Athletics is the bait that draws men to the opportunity for daily discipleship.

DOE FOLLOWING DUTIES

• Designing and implementing ministry daily operations.

• Establishing policies that promote ministry core values and vision.

• Overseeing operations of the ministry and the work of directors and coaches.

• Onboarding and Training of new team members in conjunction with the DOD and key ministry leaders.

The goal of the DOE position is to secure the functionality of the ministry and its programs and to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

• Strong passion for serving the kingdom with excellence.
• Great at communication.
• Great at time management and planning.
• Great at holding people accountable and to a high standard of excellence.
• Good on the go problem solving skills.
• Good knowledge of the Google Business Suite (Google Drive)
• Available to work evenings and some Saturdays.
