Director Manager Web Technology Development Infrastructure

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionUSA remote based, BluZinc is exclusively hiring for a Director or Manager of Technology for a $100MM+ digital eLearning, mobile app, and online coaching business. This is a mission-critical role for a hands-on, strategic technologist with a strong foundation in web and systems development, IT infrastructure, online LMS platforms, BI/data analytics, and conversion data insights .

You’ll work closely with the VP Technology, COO/CFO, and cross-functional leaders to ensure systems are scalable, integrated, and optimized for business growth and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology operations across web development, systems architecture, IT infrastructure, and data platforms.
  
• Drive seamless integrations between LMS, mobile apps, CRM, and BI tools.
  
• Support product, marketing, finance, and customer success with reliable technology solutions.
  
• Collaborate on data pipelines, reporting tools, and conversion analytics to improve LTV, retention, and performance metrics.
  
• Manage vendors, tools, and platforms (cloud hosting, CMS, LMS, automation tools).
  
• Identify and implement continuous improvements across tech stack and operations.
  

Ideal Experience

• 5–10+ years in a technology management or senior engineering role.
  
• Proven experience in B2C digital, eLearning, SaaS, mobile/web platforms, or coaching industries.
  
• Strong understanding of LMS platforms, APIs, cloud architecture, CRM, and BI/reporting systems.
  
• Comfortable leading systems development, integrations, and tech infrastructure.
  
• Skilled in collaboration with cross-functional business leaders.
