Director, Infrastructure Project Finance

Job Description

Our client, a leading Project Finance bank, is keen to expand their team with a Director hire. The hire will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing project finance deals across EMEA, including Transport & Digital Infrastructure.

THE ROLE

• Contributing to the origination, structuring, and execution of project finance deals in the Infrastructure sector
• Leading and executing critical client transactions and negotiations
• Managing day-to-day client or counterparty interactions within the Infrastructure project finance sector
• Analyse a range of complex financial and market data sources to understand product performance
• Work closely with Relationship Managers to manage client sales/client interaction in order to support product development

THE CANDIDATE

• Currently sitting at the Senior VP/ Director (or equivalent level) of a highly regarded Project Finance Bank or an Infrastructure Debt fund
• Experience working across relevant sectors, including Transport and/or Digital Infrastructure
• Results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability
