Director Of Homes (Strategic Asset Management)\n\nSalary / Package: £(Apply online only)k + Car Allowance (£8,678k PA)\n\nBenefits: Hybrid Working, Excellent Pension & Holiday Entitlement\n\nTristoneNash are supporting a Housing Association in their search for an Interim Director of Homes for a 12-month fixed term contract. You are required to be office based two days per week and the rest can be worked from home.\n\nSummary\n\nThe Executive Director of Homes is a fixed-term role to provide strategic asset management expertise, operational leadership of our Homes Directorate and oversight of our landlord health and safety requirements.\n\nProviding our customers with safe, affordable and warm homes is a key priority for the organisation and this role will have a key transformational focus to enable to continue to drive a high standard of operational delivery as well as developing an effective and efficient operating model.\n\nThe Executive Director of Homes will operate as part of our Executive Leadership Team, collaborating across the business to support the delivery of the business plan and to ensure effective reporting to enhance the performance of the organisation.\n\nThe key areas of responsibilities for the Executive Director of Homes are to lead the strategic development and operational delivery of Asset Management and Landlord Health and Safety:\n\nDevelop an Asset Management Strategy\nExecutive lead for the development and delivery of a 30-year investment plan\nEnsure our operating model is customer focused, efficient and effective\nAct as the "Responsible Person" for compliance with building safety standards and landlord health and safety requirements\nOversee the design and delivery of our repairs and maintenance service\nEnsure our business and investment decisions are driven by robust data\nProvide leadership of the Homes Directorate to deliver a high performing culture\nAttend Board and Committee meetings and provide expert strategic advice within the Homes portfolio\nWork effectively across the organisation with a strong collaborative style to help achieve its strategy\nBuild and maintain effective external relationships with key regional and stakeholders, regulators, and partners \n\nEssential experience/qualifications required\n\nA relevant professional qualification (e.g. RICS, CIOB) or equivalent knowledge gained through training and experience\nCIH level 5 Qualification\nStrong knowledge and understanding of the standards set by the Regulator of Social Housing\nStrategic financial and commercial awareness, with experience managing significant budgets\nAbility to analyse data and produce reports and presentations\nSignificant leadership experience within the housing sector or related environment\nExperience in leading large-scale capital investment\nExperience of service transformation and creating and implementing efficient and effective operating models\nAbility to influence at Executive and Board level, and lead teams through change\nStrategic and business planning and policy formulation\nExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills\nExcellent organisational skills\nGood Strategic awareness\nProfessional and consistent approach to work and maintenance of standards\nAbility to work outside normal office hours if required and attend evening meetings \n\nIn return for your hard work, commitment, and creativity, you will enjoy an environment focused on your continued growth and development, hybrid working and a great benefits package - much more than just competitive pay, which can be reviewed at application stage.\n\nIf you would like to discuss or apply for the above role, please contact Danny Wring for a confidential discussion or forward your CV with a supporting statement against the personal specification stating how you meet the above criteria.\n\nTristoneNash is acting as an employment agency for this vacancy
