The Director of First Impressions is a vital role within our organization, serving as the initial point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members. This position requires a friendly and professional demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to office management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing clerical tasks and supporting daily operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls; take and deliver accurate messages
  • Monitor the firm’s e-service email for incoming filings and correspondence
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, including certified mail and digital faxes
  • Enter and manage case information using Case Management System
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks, including eFiling and document preparation
